After decades of success and countless business relationships formed, it is with deep regret that we announce the closure of Dick Jones Sales, Inc. as of June 30, 2025. 

Sadly, Dick passed away on May 11, 2024. His business was his pride and joy. He greatly appreciated and sincerely enjoyed the many relationships that developed with his customers and suppliers during the 60+ years in which he owned and operated Dick Jones Sales, Inc. 

Dick and his wife, Evelyn, started the business in the basement of their home in the 1960's.

Putting in very long hours to get things off the ground. The business grew. They hired employees. They bought an office building. Dick created layouts for and published 1,000+ page product catalogs that were sent by mail to customers all over the U.S. Along with the advent of the internet, the company's website was created. Sales grew exponentially and success was achieved! None of it would have been possible without the tireless work ethic, honesty and integrity of Mr. Richard H. Jones, Jr. 

They both worked extremely hard, sacrificed a lot, forged strong business relationships...

Dick was a true gentleman. He had a fantastic sense of humor. He truly cared about those whose lives he touched. He was generous and fair. He had integrity and compassion. He was proud of all that he accomplished, yet humble. 

 

It has been an honor to be a part of this family business. We wish you all the best and thank you for your business.
